ANEMIA IN CHRONIC DIFFUSE LIVER DISEASES. M.V. Safonova1, I.V. Kozlova1, A.G. Novoseltsev2. 1Saratov State Medical University, 2 Limited liability company Novartis Pharma, Moscow. Peculiarities of epidemiology, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diffuse liver diseases in combination with anemia are reviewed according to literature data. It has been shown that anemia burdens the course, determines the progression and worsens the prognosis of chronic diffuse liver diseases. The frequency of anemia in chronic diffuse liver disease reaches 80%. Unveiling the mechanisms of anemia in chronic diffuse liver diseases is necessary for timely correction and prevention of progression of both the pathological changes of red blood cells, and of the primary liver disease. Key words: chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, and anemia.

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF NEPHROCYTE CELL MEMBRANES IN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE. O.N. Sigitova, E.V. Arkhipov. Kazan State Medical University. Conducted was an analysis of current scientific literature on the functional condition of nephrocyte cell membranes in chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, urolithiasis, pyelonephritis). It has been noted that in these diseases destabilization of cell membranes develops on the systemic (erythrocytes) and local level; there is indirect evidence for its relationship with the activity of immune and nonimmune inflammation. Key words: destabilization of cell membranes, pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, chronic kidney disease.
