    Objective. To construct an erosive arthritis prognostic model in pts with early rheumatoid arthritis (ERA) using the results of follow up during 12 months.Material and methods. 129 pts with ERA (mean disease duration 6,50,3 months) were examined at baseline and after 12 months. Besides usual clinical examination rheumatoid factor (RF), antikeratin (AKA), antiperinuclear (APA), anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (ACCPA) were evaluated. Radiological damage was assessed according to Sharp method. At baseline hand joints ultrasonographic examination (SGE) was performed in 86 and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - in 58 pts. Sulfasalazine was given to 45, methotrexate - to 45 and leflunomide to 39 pts according to usual schemes. Multifactor comparative data analysis was performed in pts with erosive and non erosive arthritis diagnosed after 12 months of follow up.
