    GENESIS OF RESEARCH OF THE ISSUE OF CREATION

    An analysis of the development in science of the phenomenon of creation and its modern

    interpretation is presented, and the dynamic essence of the nature of creation is described. The real possibilities of pedagogical practice for developing the experience of creation in the early

    ontogenesis are suggested.

    THE RUSSIAN ROMANCE AS AN EFFECTIVE FORM OF THE DEVELOPMENT

    OF SINGING SKILLS AT SOLFEGGIO LESSONS AT CHILDRENS MUSIC SCHOOL

    The issues concerning the development of singing skills at solfeggio lessons in the music

    school are discussed. This process is regarded as a system of exercises on intonation the theoreti-

    cal basis of which corresponds to the curriculum of music schools. The melodical structure of ex-ercises represents the typical intonation patterns of the Russian romantic songs.
