The effectiveness of the modern </p><p>University is determined by how it can shape the environment of intense intellectual </p><p>and personal growth of students. </p><p>The research objective consists in definition of the main components of self-</p><p>realization of students in the process of university education. Novelty of work con-</p><p>sists that search of these components is conducted out not only in psychological </p><p>structure of the identity of the student, how many in sociocultural dimension of his </p><p>university life. Such approach follows from author's understanding of self-realization </p><p>as mechanism of self-determination of the personality in culture.
