P. Penskaya </p><p> Accent of removal from knowledge to competence was hap-pened in information society. Competence paradigm in education is caused by quick information technology development. However, modern education aim cannot be realized with the help of traditional methods and means of instruction. In its turn, information technology has great pedagogical potential and they are perspective medium of student competences formation. Also multimedia has a series of ad-vantages in comparison with traditional instruction means. In Astra-khan College of Computing Technology the work of creating and in-culcation of electronic English grammar reference book and electronic tests in instruction process is conducted. Electronic instruction pro-grams are very important for students, who has not got necessary base of English knowledge. </p></li></ul>
