    DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-REPAIRING PROTECTORS FOR PROTECTION OF ELECTRIC CIRCUITS

    OF THE COMPUTING MACHINERY

    The calculations of resistance switching models of self-repairing protec-tors belonging to the series R-200 (binary model, continuous model, Furie-transformation) are shown in the paper. The operating principle of the device is based on sharp change (increase) of the resistance of the device, when it is reach-ing the threshold temperature. All the given resistance switching models of self-repairing protectors belonging to the series R- 200 are received on the base of ex-perimental data, and are appropriate for the description of the operation of self- repairing protectors.
