    REGULARITIES OF DEFINITION OF BASIC PARAMETERSOF COMPENSATING POLICY OF AN ORGANIZATION

    In the article the necessity of creation of effective compensating policy of an organizationis proved, because for the effective functioning of the system of Russian management atpresent time the priority significance is given to such factors as increase of effectivenessand productivity of labour, improvement of the quality of work and development of creativeinitiative of the personnel. It is noted that now the system of compensation in Russiancompanies as a part of the system of personnel management is the most essential.
