<ul><li><p>Your place in the market.2015 Q3 Marketplace Report I Aaron Woolard</p></li><li><p>Hello.</p><p>Welcome to my quarter 3 report on property in New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Teneriffe and </p><p>Newstead. As a passionate member of the local community, living and working here in the </p><p>New Farm area, when Im not out walking my dog through these vibrant neighbourhoods, I love </p><p>enjoying the booming local cafe and restaurant culture. In fact, I believe that its this insiders </p><p>perspective that gives me the advantage, an astute view, when selling properties in these </p><p>prized Brisbane suburbs.</p></li><li><p>164</p><p>properties sold across four suburbs</p></li><li><p>Brisbane, and particularly inner-suburban Brisbane, remains one of the most stable capital city </p><p>property markets in Australia. With some lofty price growth being seen in Melbourne and more </p><p>so Sydney, Brisbane has remained relatively subdued and has only enjoyed modest gains over </p><p>the last five years. </p><p>But while the city wide (Brisbane) average five year median apartment price has consistently </p><p>hovered around the 3-4% mark New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Teneriffe and Newstead have </p><p>produced comparatively stronger results. The five year median price change for New Farm </p><p>came in at 10.1%. Fortitude Valley at 8.9%, Teneriffe the standout at 29.5% and Newstead an </p><p>impressive 23.7%. </p><p>Despite some segments within the investor market showing early signs of slowing the fact </p><p>remains that the majority of buyers remain upbeat and positive. As a result of such we expect </p><p>that 2015 will continue its to date strong performance as we come to the end of the year. </p><p>The current market.</p></li><li><p>Doggett Street As a buyer, we were looking for some time so it was a refreshing change to deal with </p><p>Aaron.
