AbstractRare earth luminescent materials are one kind of new functional materials with great application potential. In order to provide some references for further development and wider application of rare earth luminescent materials, the types, light-emitting mechanisms, luminescent properties, preparation techniques of rare earth luminescent materials have been reviewed. Its applications in food safety test have also been summarized. Finally, the future development of rare earth luminescent materials has also been prospected.Key wordsrare earth luminescent materialsfood safetydetectionimmunolabellingTS201.6X592 A 1002-6630(2013)11-0300-05doi:10.7506/spkx1002-6630-201311064
