Many countries have developed similar quality of rice as Thailand and have become active in supporting their rice export, to study the revealed comparative advantage RCA in Thailand rice export during 2008 to 2014 comparing to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of India together with studying Thailand governments rice policies that affect rice exports. The result of the study on Thailand rice exports found that Thailand still had comparative advantage in the export of rice as Thailands RCA index was still higher than he Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of India. For this reason, it showed that Thailand had higher advantage in the competition of rice exports.
