    ZET

    Bilgisayar teknolojisinin ilerlemesiyle, her alanda olduu gibi inaat

    mhendislii alannda da bilgisayar yazlmlarnn kullanm vazgeilmez hale gelmitir.

    Buna bal olarak artan inaat mhendislii yazlmlarnn says ve bu yazlmlar

    kontrol eden herhangi bir kurumun bulunmay, beraberinde telafisi olmayan sorunlar

    dourabilmektedir. Bu alma ile gnmzde yaygn olarak kullanlan bir statik

    betonarme hesap ve izim yazlm irdelenmitir.

    Bu alma esnasnda ilk olarak yazlma ait genel zellikler ve yazlmn yapt

    kabuller incelenmitir. Devamnda, yazlmn kulland statik betonarme hesap

    yntemleri ve yazlmn bulduu sonularn lkemizde kullanlan standart ve

    ynetmelikler asndan uygun olup olmad basit yap modelleri kullanlarak

    aratrlmtr.

    Sonu olarak yazlmn statik hesaplarda ve ynetmeliklere ait hesaplamalarda

    baz hatalar yapt, program ktlar ve hesap raporlarndan bazlarnn standart ve

    ynetmeliklerde sunulan snr koullara uygun olmad grlmtr. Yaplan bu

    tespitler dikkate alndnda, kullancnn, kulland yazlmn artlarn ve eksilerini

    bilmesi, yazlm doru ynlendirebilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bilinle hareket edilmesi

    durumunda yazlmn kullanlmasnn herhangi bir saknca dourabilecei

    dnlmemektedir.

    SUMMARY

    With the improvements in computer technology, the use of computer software

    has become indispensable in the area of civil engineering as is the case in all areas.

    Accordingly, the increasing number of softwares in civil engineering and the lack of an

    institution to supervise these softwares may produce irreparable problems. In this study,

    a structural analysis - reinforced concrete counting and drafting software that is widely

    used nowadays has been examined.

    In the course of this study, firstly the general features regarding the software and

    the recognitions the software made have been examined. Afterwards, the structural

    analysis - reinforced concrete counting methods that the software uses and whether or

    not the consequences that the software has found are appropriate in terms of the

    standards and the regulations adopted in our country have been analysed by using

    simple structural samples.

    Consequently, it has been observed that the software made some mistakes in

    calculations of static and regulations and some of the program outputs and the counting

    reports are not appropriate for the limit conditions provided in standards and

    regulations. Afterall, user should know the advantages and disadvantages of the

    program and use the program that way. If the user is aware o f these conditions about

    the program, there would be no objections to use of the software.
