  • 1. Khi nim

    Theo ngha rng: t chc l qu trnh xc nh nhng cng vic cn phi lm v phn cng cho cc n v c nhn m nhn cc cng vic , to ra mi quan h ngang dc trong ni b DN.

    Theo ngha hp: t chc l vic sp xp cc cng vic c giao.

    Trong ti liu ny, t chc c hiu l kt hp c hai nh ngha trn, trong nhn mnh t chc cng vic c nhn.

  • 1. Xc nh chc nng nhim v1.1 Xc nh chc nng:Nhiu cng ty nhm ln gia khi nhim chc nng v nhim v.

    Chc nng c th c hiu l nhng nhim v ln nht ca mt b phn.

    Chc nng c th hiu l nhng sn phm/dch v m b phn ca bn cung cp. Khi hiu theo khi nim khch hng ni b, b phn ca bn s phi cung cp cc sn phmcho b phn tip theo. Sn phm.. l g? chnh l chc nng ca bn.

  • 4. Sp xp cng vic cho NVCng vic ca nhn vin gm cc cng vic thng xuyn v cng vic khng thng xuyn.

    Cng vic thng xuyn l cc cng vic lp li, c ghi nhn trong bn m t cng vic. Cng vic thng xuyn phi c tnh lp li.

    Cng vic khng thng xuyn do bn giao cho nhn vin thc hin.

    Tt hn ht, hy yu cu NV vn ghi ni dung cng vic thng xuyn vo k hoch lm vic tun ca h.

    Hy th hin ni dung giao vic cho nhn vin bng s giao vic.Gii thch cho nhn vin v l do thc hin cng vic (why).Gii thch cc yu cu, mc tiu, thi hn (when) ca cng ty.Gii thch phng php thc hin (how).

    Xc nh cng vic c lp li trong tng lai hay khng?

    Trng hp n lp li, hy thit lp mt s ti liu hng dn cho NV khi n xut hin trong tng lai.

    Nh vy, bn chuyn cng vic khng thng xuyn thnh cng vic thng xuyn.
