V. Mamikhin

M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Soil Science Faculty, Vorobjevy Gory, Moscow, 119992 Russia; e-mail: Lrad@soil.msu.ru

In the paper some results of application of information and calculation technologies in researches of ecologicalconsequences of accident on Chernobyl NPP are brought. The effectiveness of a computerization of investiga-tions is scored. Technical and information component isselected. The singularities of application of the meth-odology of computerization in radioecological researches are considered. The special attention is given to in-tegration of knowledge accumulated in the form of information materials, databases, mathematical models. Thebrowse of the series of radioecological information and of informational-prognostic systems constructed fromthe moment of accident is made. As an example of successful usage of a computerization in radioecologicalresearches provided by small scientific collectives experience of MSU division of radioecology and ecotoxi-cology are considered.
