Phm vi p dng </p><p>1.1. Tiu chun ny thay th cho tiu chun TCXDVN 356:2005. </p><p>1.2. Tiu chun ny dng thit k cc kt cu b tng v b tng ct thp ca nh v cng trnh c cng nng khc nhau, lm vic di tc ng c h thng ca nhit trong phm vi khng cao hn 50 0C v khng thp hn m 70 0C. </p><p>1.3. Tiu chun ny quy nh cc yu cu v thit k cc kt cu b tng v b tng ct thp lm t b tng nng, b tng nh, b tng ht nh, b tng t ong, b tng rng cng nh b tng t ng sut. </p><p>1.4. Nhng yu cu quy nh trong tiu chun ny khng p dng cho cc kt cu b tng v b tng ct thp cc cng trnh thy cng, cu, ng hm giao thng, ng ng ngm, mt ng t v ng sn bay; kt cu xi mng li thp, cng nh khng p dng cho cc kt cu lm t b tng c khi lng th tch trung bnh nh hn 500 kg/m3 v ln hn 2500 kg/m3, b tng Polymer, b tng c cht kt dnh vi - x v cht kt dnh hn hp (ngoi tr trng hp s dng cc cht kt dnh ny trong b tng t ong), b tng dng cht kt dnh bng thch cao v cht kt dnh c bit, b tng dng ct liu hu c c bit, b tng c rng ln trong cu trc. </p><p>1.5. Khi thit k kt cu b tng v b tng ct thp lm vic trong iu kin c bit (chu tc ng ng t, trong mi trng xm thc mnh, trong iu kin m cao, v.v) phi tun theo cc yu cu b sung cho cc kt cu ca cc tiu chun tng ng. </p><p>2. Ti liu vin dn </p><p>Cc ti liu vin dn sau l cn thit cho vic p dng tiu chun ny. i vi cc ti liu vin dn ghi nm cng b th p dng phin bn c nu. i vi cc ti liu vin dn khng ghi nm cng b th p dng phin bn mi nht, bao gm c cc sa i, b sung (nu c). </p><p>TCVN 197:2002, Kim loi. Thut ng </p><p>Tiu chun ny s dng cc c trng vt liu "cp bn chu nn ca b tng" v "cp bn chu ko ca b tng" thay tng ng cho "mc b tng theo cng chu nn" v "mc b tng theo cng chu ko" dng trong tiu chun TCVN 5574:1991. </p><p>3.1.1. Cp bn chu nn ca b tng (Compressive strength of concrete) </p><p>K hiu bng ch B, l gi tr trung bnh thng k ca cng chu nn tc thi, tnh bng n v MPa, vi xc sut m bo khng di 95 %, xc nh trn cc mu lp phng kch thc tiu chun (150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm) c ch to, dng h trong iu kin tiu chun v th nghim nn tui 28 ngy. </p><p>3.1.2. Cp bn chu ko ca b tng (Tensile strength of concrete) </p><p>K hiu bng ch Bt, l gi tr trung bnh thng k ca cng chu ko tc thi, tnh bng n v MPa, vi xc sut m bo khng di 95%, xc nh trn cc mu ko chun c ch to, dng h trong iu kin tiu chun v th nghim ko tui 28 ngy. </p><p>3.1.3. Mc b tng theo cng chu nn (Concrete grade classified by compressive strength) </p><p>K hiu bng ch M, l cng ca b tng, ly bng gi tr trung bnh thng k ca cng chu nn tc thi, tnh bng n v ca niutn trn centimt vung (daN/cm2), xc nh trn cc mu lp phng kch thc tiu chun (150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm) c ch to, dng h trong iu kin tiu chun v th nghim nn tui 28 ngy. </p><p>3.1.4. Mc b tng theo cng chu ko (Concrete grade classified by tensile strength) </p><p>K hiu bng ch K, l cng ca b tng, ly bng gi tr trung bnh thng k ca cng chu ko tc thi, tnh bng n v ca niutn trn centimt vung (daN/cm2), xc nh trn cc mu th ko chun c ch to, dng h trong iu kin tiu chun v th nghim ko tui 28 ngy. </p><p>Tng quan gia cp bn chu nn (ko) ca b tng v mc b tng theo cng chu nn (ko) xem Ph lc A. </p><p>3.1.5. Ct thp cu to (Nominal reinforcement) </p><p>L ct thp t theo yu cu cu to m khng tnh ton. </p><p>3.1.9. Ct thp cng (Tensioned reinforcement) </p><p>L ct thp c ng lc trc trong qu trnh ch to kt cu trc khi c ti trng s dng tc dng. </p><p>3.1.10. Cc c trng v tr ct thp trong tit din ngang ca cu kin </p><p>S k hiu ct thp dc: </p><p>- khi tn ti c hai vng tit din b tng chu ko v chu nn do tc dng ca ngoi lc: S biu th ct thp t trong vng chu ko; </p><p>- khi ton b vng b tng chu nn: S biu th ct thp t bin chu nn t hn; </p><p>- khi ton b vng b tng chu ko: </p><p>+ i vi cc cu kin chu ko lch tm: biu th ct thp t bin chu ko nhiu hn; </p><p>+ i vi cu kin chu ko ng tm: biu th ct thp t trn ton b tit din ngang ca cu kin; </p><p>S' k hiu ct thp dc: </p><p>- khi tn ti c hai vng tit din b tng chu ko v chu nn do tc dng ca ngoi lc: S' biu th ct thp t trong vng chu nn; </p><p>- khi ton b vng b tng chu nn: biu th ct thp t bin chu nn nhiu hn; </p><p>- khi ton b vng b tng chu ko i vi cc cu kin chu ko lch tm: biu th ct thp t bin chu ko t hn i vi cu kin chu ko lch tm. </p><p>3.3.3. Cc c trng vt liu </p><p>Rb, Rb,ser cng chu nn tnh ton dc trc ca b tng ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht v th hai; </p><p>Rbn cng chu nn tiu chun dc trc ca b tng ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht (cng lng tr); </p><p>Rbt, Rbt,ser cng chu ko tnh ton dc trc ca b tng ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht v th hai; </p><p>Rbtn cng chu ko tiu chun dc trc ca b tng ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht; </p><p>Rbp cng ca b tng khi bt u chu ng lc trc; </p><p>Rs, Rs,ser cng chu ko tnh ton ca ct thp ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht v th hai; </p><p>Rsw cng chu ko tnh ton ca ct thp ngang xc nh theo cc yu cu ca 5.2.2.4; </p><p>Rsc cng chu nn tnh ton ca ct thp ng vi cc trng thi gii hn th nht; </p><p>Eb m un n hi ban u ca b tng khi nn v ko; </p><p>Es m un n hi ca ct thp. </p><p>3.3.5. Cc c trng ca cu kin ng sut trc </p><p>P lc nn trc, xc nh theo cng thc (8) c k n hao tn ng sut trong ct thp ng vi tng giai on lm vic ca cu kin; </p></li><li><p>sp , 'sp tng ng l ng sut trc trong ct thp S v S' trc khi nn b tng khi cng ct thp trn b (cng trc) hoc ti thi im gi tr ng sut trc trong b tng b gim n khng bng cch tc ng ln cu kin ngoi lc thc t hoc ngoi lc quy c. Ch dn chung </p><p>4.1. Nhng nguyn tc c bn </p><p>4.1.1. Cc kt cu b tng v b tng ct thp cn c tnh ton v cu to, la chn vt liu v kch thc sao cho trong cc kt cu khng xut hin cc trng thi gii hn vi tin cy theo yu cu. </p><p>4.1.2. Khi thit k nh v cng trnh, cn to s kt cu, chn kch thc tit din v b tr ct thp m bo c bn, n nh v s bt bin hnh khng gian xt trong tng th cng nh ring tng b phn ca kt cu trong cc giai on xy dng v s dng. </p><p>4.1.4. Cu kin lp ghp cn ph hp vi iu kin sn xut bng c gii trong cc nh my chuyn dng. </p><p>Khi la chn cu kin cho kt cu lp ghp, cn u tin s dng kt cu ng lc trc lm t b tng v ct thp cng cao, cng nh cc kt cu lm t b tng nh v b tng t ong khi khng c yu cu hn ch theo cc tiu chun tng ng lin quan. </p><p>Cn la chn, t hp cc cu kin b tng ct thp lp ghp n mc hp l m iu kin sn xut lp dng v vn chuyn cho php. </p><p>4.1.5. i vi kt cu ti ch, cn ch thng nht ha cc kch thc c th s dng vn khun lun chuyn nhiu ln, cng nh s dng cc khung ct thp khng gian c sn xut theo m un. </p><p>4.1.6. i vi cc kt cu lp ghp, cn c bit ch n bn v tui th ca cc mi ni. </p><p>Cn p dng cc gii php cng ngh v cu to sao cho kt cu mi ni truyn lc mt cch chc chn, m bo bn ca chnh cu kin trong vng ni cng nh m bo s dnh kt ca b tng mi vi b tng c ca kt cu. </p><p>4.1.7. Cu kin b tng c s dng: </p><p>a) Phn ln trong cc kt cu chu nn c lch tm ca lc dc khng vt qu gii hn nu trong 6.1.2.2. </p><p>b) Trong mt s kt cu chu nn c lch tm ln cng nh trong cc kt cu chu un khi m s ph hoi chng khng gy nguy him trc tip cho ngi v s ton vn ca thit b (cc chi tit nm trn nn lin tc, v.v). </p><p>CH THCH: Kt cu c coi l kt cu b tng nu bn ca chng trong qu trnh s dng ch do ring b tng m bo. </p></li><li><p>4.2. Nhng yu cu c bn v tnh ton </p><p>4.2.1. Kt cu b tng ct thp cn phi tha mn nhng yu cu v tnh ton theo bn (cc trng thi gii hn th nht) v p ng iu kin s dng bnh thng (cc trng thi gii hn th hai). </p><p>a) Tnh ton theo cc trng thi gii hn th nht nhm m bo cho kt cu: </p><p>- Khng b ph hoi gin, do, hoc theo dng ph hoi khc (trong trng hp cn thit, tnh ton theo bn c k n vng ca kt cu ti thi im trc khi b ph hoi); </p><p>- Khng b mt n nh v hnh dng (tnh ton n nh cc kt cu thnh mng) hoc v v tr (tnh ton chng lt v trt cho tng chn t, tnh ton chng y ni cho cc b cha chm hoc ngm di t, trm bm, v.v); </p><p>- Khng b ph hoi v mi (tnh ton chu mi i vi cc cu kin hoc kt cu chu tc dng ca ti trng lp thuc loi di ng hoc xung: v d nh dm cu trc, mng khung, sn c t mt s my mc khng cn bng); </p><p>- Khng b ph hoi do tc dng ng thi ca cc yu t v lc v nhng nh hng bt li ca mi trng (tc ng nh k hoc thng xuyn ca mi trng xm thc hoc ha hon). </p><p>b) Tnh ton theo cc trng thi gii hn th hai nhm m bo s lm vic bnh thng ca kt cu sao cho: </p><p>- Khng cho hnh thnh cng nh m rng vt nt qu mc hoc vt nt di hn nu iu kin s dng khng cho php hnh thnh hoc m rng vt nt di hn. </p><p>- Khng c nhng bin dng vt qu gii hn cho php ( vng, gc xoay, gc trt, dao ng). </p><p>4.2.2. Tnh ton kt cu v tng th cng nh tnh ton tng cu kin ca n cn...</p></li></ul>
