    Introduction to the RE Sustainable Startup Format The workshop adapted the workshop material of the Sustainable Startup workshop by the GIZ and RIBH MENA to suit energy startups and entrepreneurs. The workshop was designed and developed by GIZs RIBH MENA in association with Cleantech Arabia

    The Sustainable Startup Format focuses on training potential entrepreneurs in the field of renewable/sustainable energy to launch their startup. By the end of the 5-days workshop, the startups should:

    better understand the energy context in Egypt, the main stakeholders and the different markets identify their client base, solution and value proposition for each client have an initial idea of their business model have a set of financial planning and marketing tools to build their startup know how to build a business case for their renewable energy startup know who can support their startup, and their client, to develop and adopt renewable energy solutions

    know how to create a sustainable business model (socially and financially)
